Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, individual visitors can come during our visiting hours without appointment. However, for groups larger than 5 people, school tours, or corporate visits, we request you to contact us at least 2 days in advance so we can arrange a guided tour.

Please call our 24/7 rescue helpline at +91 90001 91927 immediately. Provide the exact location, condition of the cow, and any visible injuries. If safe to do so, take a photo and share it via WhatsApp to +91 98765 43212. Our rescue team will be dispatched promptly.

We appreciate your thoughtfulness! However, to maintain a controlled diet for our cows and prevent digestive issues, we request visitors not to bring outside food. Instead, you can sponsor a meal through our "Feed a Cow" program or donate towards fodder.

Absolutely! We have several corporate engagement programs including employee volunteering days, CSR fund allocation for specific projects, and sponsorship opportunities. Please contact our partnerships team at media@gaumatasevatrust.org for customized proposals.

All online donations receive an automatic email receipt. For bank transfers, please email the transaction details to donations@gaumatasevatrust.org. We issue 80G tax exemption certificates for donations above ₹500 within 7-10 working days.
